Stoker’s Moist Snuff partnered with us to increase their brand visibility among more established brands in the smokeless tobacco category. Stoker’s unique brand position is built around the All-American Everyman who values family, tradition and value. The challenge was to establish and connect the Stoker’s brand identity to new audiences online and on social media, as well as maintain its niche core audience via traditional in-store and in-mail marketing materials – all while navigating the legal restrictions of the regulated tobacco industry.
Our Role.
As Agency of Record – Brand Strategy & Content Storytelling we harnessed the power of social media to connect the Stoker’s brand with customers. LIFT developed and launched Stoker’s official social media presence on Instagram, as well as a creative campaign that focused on custom-made, relevant content. The content showcased an authentic understanding of the working man in America, and cemented Stoker’s as an iconic Tennessee brand. Our always-on social media strategy allowed Stoker’s to integrate itself into many aspects of consumers’ everyday lives, sharing content that built its social presence, increased brand recognition, and bridged the gap between the Stoker’s website, in-store, and point-of-sale presence. Our integrated marketing strategy leveraged our full suite of services to drive ongoing and ad hoc communications as well as extremely effective social media tours and promotional sweepstakes campaigns that resulted in 50K follower growth in 18 months.
