Outdoor Amphitheater Flourishes In Post-Covid Era.

Saratoga Performing Arts Center is an arts & culture gem in Upstate New York that is host to a variety of year-round programming, including the Freihofer’s Saratoga Jazz Festival, residencies of the New York City Ballet & Philadelphia Orchestra, as well as a myriad of Live Nation concerts all summer long. Following the pandemic and multiple years of reduced programming, SPAC was looking to make a comeback in a big way with its 2022 season which is where LIFT comes into play. Being brought on as Agency of Record, LIFT saw this new relationship with SPAC as a perfect fit in the portfolio of clients we serve in the entertainment space.

Our Role.

Serving as SPAC’s Agency of Record, LIFT’s media planning and creative services were employed to promote the Freihofer’s Saratoga Jazz Festival, residencies of the New York City Ballet, SPAC School of the Arts and SPAC’s holiday programming. Through a comprehensive media plan utilizing various digital and traditional mediums, SPAC was able to reach new audiences in untouched markets. LIFT’s creative services were used to create attention-grabbing static, animated, and video ads showcasing the diverse event lineups being offered at the venue. Through strategically flighting campaigns and targeting various key audiences, SPAC was able to increase their ticket sales at the forefront and consistently drive sales through the duration of the On Sale period. Similar improvements were seen with class registration for youth, teens, and adults at the newly established SPAC School of the Arts. LIFT’s partnership with SPAC continues to grow as more and more world-class acts make their way to historic Saratoga Springs, NY.
