With abundant career opportunities, affordable housing, quality education, and astonishing access to world-class outdoor activities available in the state, our campaign promoted a unique concierge program that welcomed newcomers. LIFT delivered a lead generation program to bring people into the funnel.

Our Role.

As Agency of Record – Strategic Integrated Marketing, LIFT planned and executed a lead generation marketing campaign for the “Real Rutland” brand. The campaign messaging and creative was designed to position the area as a desirable place to live. We served carefully curated content to target personas in geographic regions across the country, with the goal of identifying people who are
interested in moving, and driving them into the funnel. The final step was to convert them into qualified leads.

The marketing strategy included media planning/buying, creative strategy and development, influencer campaigns, organic social media strategy and management, Enter to Win contests, and a custom landing page.
