One World Observatory

View From Above. On Top of NYC. .

The highly anticipated opening of One World Observatory in New York City was celebrated by New Yorkers and beyond. LIFT was hired by Legends Attractions, owned by Dallas Cowboys, New York Yankees and Sports Capital Partners, to oversee the global launch for the opening of One World Observatory (OWO) at One World Trade Center. This was truly an honor project and fist-pump to New York.


Our Role.

LIFT was responsible for Brand Build, Advertising & Creative, Media Planning & Buying, Revenue Modeling for Thru-put, Capacity and Premium Products. LIFT directed all marketing activities for the launch of One World Observatory – from advance on sale through to opening day and beyond. High impact OOH programs and tourist print and digital were deployed in NYC and key feeder markets during peak tourism months to motivate top-of-mind visits to tourists in-market. Targeted digital Pre-trip planning digital advertising was also deployed to reach in-bound NYC visitors.

Creative was developed in multiple languages –with focus on driving tourism from China, Germany and Brazil. Opening Day programs included a live broadcast by Elvis Duran and the Z100 crew from the top of One World Trade Center – with special appearances by Mariah Carey, Members of the New York Yankees and the FDNY, NYPD and 9/11 families.
