For immediate release: April 25, 2022
Saratoga Springs, N.Y.—With the announcement of a new season at Saratoga Performing Arts Center, also comes a new partnership for SPAC with a nationally renowned sports and entertainment advertising agency, also headquartered in the spa city! LIFT Marketing will serve as the Agency of Record for Saratoga Performing Arts Center’s Media Planning & Buying Agency for the 2022 season, bringing years of experience and expertise aimed at reintroducing the performing arts to the community and welcoming the public back to SPAC.
Since its inception in 2009, LIFT has worked with hundreds of venues across all 50 states and Canada to implement marketing strategies and advertising plans to drive ticket sales. A full-service media and creative agency, LIFT’s team is made up of creative content specialists, web developers and media buyers who work to deliver clients custom marketing strategy, revenue propulsion, media planning & buying (digital and traditional), creative services and production.
“Despite being a national agency, our community is our backyard,” said LIFT’s CEO/Founder and Head of Strategy, Abby Endres. “We are so excited to work with the SPAC team to grow its visitation, membership and diversity, and to welcome all to experience the performing arts this summer in Saratoga.”
SPAC’s recently announced 2022 season lineup will include performances by the New York City Ballet, Philadelphia Orchestra, and world-renowned soloists Yo-Yo Ma and Joshua Bell. SPAC’s popular orchestra-accompanied film nights will return, along with the 45th annual Freihofer’s Saratoga Jazz Festival.
“Saratoga Springs is an incomparable destination for world-class arts. From the city’s vibrant downtown with scores of museums, art galleries and live music venues to SPAC’s internationally recognized festival of music and dance, visitors can immerse themselves in arts, culture, and exquisite nature. And yet, it is still undiscovered by many cultural tourists,” said Elizabeth Sobol, president and CEO of SPAC. “Our partnership with LIFT (LIFT Marketing) will expand our team’s capabilities to reach more people and new audiences who are craving these experiences.”
SPAC will join LIFT’s nationwide roster of past and present sports and entertainment clients, including:
- MetLife Stadium (NY/NJ), Madison Square Garden (NYC)
- Seminole Hard Rock brands (Hollywood, Tampa, Miami - Florida)
- One World Trade Center, One World Observatory (NYC)
- National Basketball Association (NBA)
- New York Hall of Science, Museum of Jewish Heritage, Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum (NYC)
- Killington Resort (VT), Pico Mountain (VT), West Mountain (NY)
- Kupferberg Center for The Arts at Queens College, Theater & Arts, NJ City University
- SportsNet New York (NYC)
- GSE Worldwide
- Madstone Productions - Celtic Woman (North America)
- World Cup Rugby Sevens and USA Rugby
LIFT diversified its portfolio in 2020 following the onset of the pandemic and has since established itself as a fiercely creative and accomplished agency in other business categories, including health & wellness, financial, real estate, and education. With entertainment and sports industries rebounding, LIFT continues to experience tremendous growth across all categories. Endres says while the agency was started in 2009, it was essentially reborn in 2020.
“As an agency, we often flew under the radar; we were a referral agency prior to 2020,” said Endres. “The pandemic changed everything. We realized we needed to promote our agency, our work, and our team. LIFT has been able to expand, hire fantastic and talented people and really build up our services. It’s not easy to restart, but nothing is ever given, it’s all earned. We’ve never stopped. Our drive continues, but with more passion now than ever before.”
